Few things to keep in mind when coming to our Workshops.
- We have live beehives on location. Do not get close to our beehives without proper gear and a Moran Family Farm beekeeper. Honeybees are not aggressive but will defend their hive if they feel threatened.
- We suggest you wear thick pants (jeans) and closed shoes (not sandals). We have some full bee suits and some bee suits are jackets and will not cover your legs.
- There is an outdoor camping restroom on premises.
- Waiver of Liability Disclaimer must be signed by anyone coming onto the farm before attending our workshops, please fill it out and hand it to your Workshop Beekeeper – DOWNLOAD HERE
- Workshops start on time, please make sure you come 10-15 minutes before it begins.
- Workshops are not recommended for children under 12 years of age, Parent/Guardian must be onsite with children under 18.
- You can schedule an appointment just for you and your child(ren) by emailing sarah@moranfamilyfarm.org, we will do our best to accommodate you.
