We are a small family farm in between Gainesville, Dahlonega and Dawsonville.  Moran Family Farm produces  honey only from our farm, so if you are looking for local North Georgia honey, you have  found the right place!   

In 1978, when Sarah Moran was 6 years old when her father got their first hives and  she has had a love for the honeybee and has kept honeybees most of her life since then. She previously had a farm (Riding For The Brand) in Dahlonega, GA but in 2017 she had a farm fire that took out all but 2 of her hives.  The town of Dahlonega rallied on her behalf and was able to fund-raise so she could start over and she now keeps over 25 hives with her husband Tommy on their small farm... Moran Family Farm.  She also teaches workshops, does honeybee rescues, captures swarms, and sells NUCS.
